Products & Availability

All products presented on this website are subject to availability.

As each piece is produced individually, slight variations in finishing, fabric placement or construction may naturally occur as part of the atelier process.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or update products, pricing or content at any time without prior notice.

Made-to-Order Nature

The majority of Ainhoa Zazo Atelier pieces are produced on a made-to-order basis.

Production begins after the order has been confirmed. Due to the handcrafted nature of the process, preparation and delivery times may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the garment and the volume of active orders.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Customs duties, local taxes or import charges for international orders outside the European Union remain the responsibility of the client.

Payments

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and authorised third-party payment providers.

Ainhoa Zazo Atelier does not store complete payment card information on its servers.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Shipping

Shipping times and delivery information are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

While we carefully select our shipping partners, Ainhoa Zazo Atelier cannot guarantee delivery timelines affected by customs procedures, courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Cancellations

Return eligibility depends on the nature of the order.

Standard Atelier Pieces ordered exactly as presented on the website may be eligible for return under the conditions described in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Personalised Atelier Pieces, including modified lengths, measurements or custom adjustments, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Cancellation requests are subject to production status and may be refused once production has begun.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to present product imagery, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations may occur depending on screen settings, lighting conditions or the handmade nature of the garments.

Intellectual Property

All content present on this website — including designs, garments, images, texts, logos, visual identity and creative elements — is the property of Ainhoa Zazo and Ainhoa Zazo Atelier unless otherwise stated.

The Ainhoa Zazo Atelier name, designs and visual identity are protected and subject to European Union trademark registration.

Any reproduction, distribution or unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Ainhoa Zazo Atelier shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products through it.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and reserve the right to suspend or modify services when necessary.
