As the majority of Ainhoa Zazo Atelier pieces are produced on a made-to-order basis, return eligibility depends on the nature of the order.

Standard Atelier Pieces

Items ordered exactly as presented on the website — including the original design, fabric, standard sizing and proportions — may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• the piece has not been worn, altered or damaged,
• remains in perfect condition,
• and is returned in its original packaging.

Personalised Atelier Pieces

Pieces produced with personalised adjustments — including modified lengths, measurements, proportions or any custom alteration requested by the client — are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are created specifically for the individual order.

We strongly encourage clients to contact us prior to purchase should they require assistance with sizing or fit guidance.

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our production, returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
