Shipping Policy

Production & Dispatch

All Ainhoa Zazo Atelier pieces are made to order in Italy.

Each garment is individually produced after purchase within our haute couture atelier process. Due to the nature of our production, preparation times may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the piece and the volume of active orders.

Estimated production and dispatch time:

  • Approximately 15–20 business days

Once the order has been completed and prepared for shipment, the client will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

International Shipping

Ainhoa Zazo Atelier currently ships internationally.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures and courier operations.

While we carefully select our shipping partners, Ainhoa Zazo Atelier cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, local authorities or courier disruptions beyond our control.

Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country.

These charges remain the responsibility of the client.

Delivery Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at the time of purchase.

Ainhoa Zazo Atelier cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, the client must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at office@ainhoazazoatelier.com.

Please include:

  • the order number,
  • photographs of the item and packaging,
  • and a brief explanation of the issue.

Each case will be carefully reviewed in order to provide an appropriate solution.
